Everyone at The Eye Institute would like to welcome you to our facility.
We are pleased that you selected us to perform your eye care needs.
With three locations, we are able to accommodate patients in each area of the county.
Because we want your visit with us to be as pleasant as possible, we would like to let you know what to expect during your visit with us.
Please bring your prescription eyeglasses with you, a list of all medications you are taking, and your insurance cards.
As a patient at The Eye Institute, you will be receiving the finest eyecare in Brevard County.
For your convenience, we provide all the necessary examinations, diagnostic testing and procedures that you may need.
Because we strive to deliver a comprehensive ocular examination, you may find that your visit from start-to-finish may take two to three hours.
You may want to prepare for this visit by taking beforehand or having with you, all your necessary medications and eating prior to your visit.
Your pupils may be dilated during your exam, which makes them sensitive to light, and may cause blurred vision, lasting several hours.
Therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you for your appointment, who can drive you home.
We also recommend that you wear sunglasses when you leave the facility, if you do not have any, we will provide a disposable pair to you.
A day or two before your scheduled visit, you should receive a telephone call from an associate confirming your upcoming appointment.
Please be prepared to meet any financial obligations that you may have, including co-pays and deductibles at the time of your appointment.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal in-state-checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call an associate at the location of your appointment.
